Time to start cooking the noodle soup and butterballs. The butterballs are a German family recipe. It’s primarily composed of bread crumbs, which makes it tricky, because if you don’t get it just right, the butterballs break apart and dissolve in the hot water. There’s much on the line here! =)

Thanks guys. They turned out absolutely delicious. The texture was great, and with all of the butter, heavy whipping cream, and eggs, it was a treat for the tongue…..I’m off for another workout! =)
