I was forty hours in the car this weekend. Thank God I am an introvert, easily entertained by books and thoughts.
My sister is a classical vocalist (read: opera singer) at Ohio State University, and her senior recital was this weekend. My folks and I drove from South Dakota to Columbus Ohio. She was superb.

She had a variety of selections. I appreciated the Spanish selections by Juaquin Rodrigo. Bueno. Bueno.

The drive was pretty grueling, but I think it was really worth it. She has a beautiful voice!

All readers should know this: Jon drove on ice for an hour and we are all still alive. The car never even left the road! He was good! Really good!
